Finally the last category of work is composition. This category I found to be the most diverse in terms of what the subject could be. Composition was mainly based on the rules of third, with that it was a lot easier to then begin photographing.
Below are the last images of the assignment and for composition;
This category in my opinion was the hardest to get images for, in the sense that I had never heard of this phrase. So trying to photograph was a tough one (haha). Although this one was more difficult once i got started I found it easier to work on.
I was happy with the final result of the 100 images, here there are below;
This section is mainly black and white photos. I chose to mainly do black and white for tonality because the tones would come out stronger than they would in a coloured image. I found working in grey scale to be different from normally working in colour as colour was one of my favourites to work on. Although in saying this i was pleased with my outcomes.
Below are the images on tonality;
The next category of my photography assignment was texture. This was an exciting category for me as it meant you could get up very close with shots and something so simple could create a nice photograph. During this section I used lights to create more depth and more ‘texture’ to the subject i was shooting.
I found that texture was a more relaxed section of this project.
Below are the images I have taken for the category of Texture;
